Wav to Text file. Microsoft speech module

Allows you to convert a wav file to a text file.
The result is not great but you can get the gist of things.
Take a look at the python file or Example.bat file to see what arguments you can use.
Fyi there are plenty of stack overflow examples on how to convert this for use with a microphone input. But I could not find a wav input version anywhere. Hence sharing it here.
