Keyboard and mouse input display for video tutorials.

A TKinter ui following the mouse around showing the keyboard and mouse button input. Only tested on windows.
Inspired by Perry Leijten's and his Maya keyboard ui viewer.

Ideal for video tutorials.
Its also possible to fix the ui in any place on the screen.
Use the '--fixed' argument.
i.e. InputDisplayer.exe --fixed 500x500
