Text to Wav file. Microsoft speech module.

Description:

A python hack into the Microsoft speech module allowing you to convert text file's into wav files.

The result works quite well. The language is dependent on the windows installation, installing other speech languages is quite difficult. If you find an easy way please let me know so i can share it with other people!.
