Easy Maya Playblast

Yes playblast itself is easy, but not getting a normal file size.

This creates a playblast with maya playblast and the auto converts it to a normal sized mp4 with ffmpeg.

You can tweak the settings to your liking in the script itself but the default settings create a normal sized file.

Should work on all Maya's but if it doesn't, just drop me a message.

Note* Currently only works on windows, but i guess easy enough to edit so it works on linux or mac.
